FHA Annual Meeting & Events
Wednesday, October 16, 2013 - Friday, October 18, 2013
Orlando, FL
A Special Invitation
The Florida Hospital Association (FHA) is pleased to present its 2013 Annual Meeting program October 16-18, at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida.
The FHA Annual Meeting Planning Committee planned this year's meeting, which features a host of outstanding guest speakers and special events that you don't want to miss. All hospital CEOs, their leadership teams and trustees are encouraged to attend.
The keynote speaker for the 86th FHA Annual Meeting is Tom Brokaw, American television journalist and author best known as the anchor and managing editor of NBC Nightly News from 1982 to 2004. Our speaker line-up also includes Donald Berwick, MD, former administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services; Eugene Robinson, political analyst and Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist for The Washington Post; Dakota Meyer, former United States Marine Corps veteran and Medal of Honor recipient; and Doris Kearns Goodwin, presidential historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author. We'll close the meeting with a point-counter point discussion between James Carville, political consultant and Karl Rove, former deputy chief of staff and senior advisor to President George W. Bush.
The Annual Meeting features several opportunities for networking, including the FHAPAC Golf Classic at the Hilton's sister property, The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club, and the Celebration of Achievement in Quality and Service Awards Dinner.
This year's conference is filled with endless educational and networking opportunities. Register today!
