FAHA Criteria for Membership
Eligibility
(a) An individual shall be eligible for membership in the Academy who is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and the Florida Hospital Association and represents hospitals or other health care facilities who are members of the Florida Hospital Association, as a regular or special counsel.
(b) Membership in the Academy shall be effective upon receipt of a properly completed application form demonstrating that the applicant has met the qualifications for membership.
Categories of Membership
There shall be only one class of membership. Members who are in good standing shall be eligible to vote and hold office in the Academy. Each member shall have one (1) vote.
