FAHA Goals and Objectives
- Assist and serve as a resource to the FHA, its membership, and PMGs in the pursuit of health care objectives common to the membership
- Create a network of communication among attorneys representing health care facilities to more readily share information and expertise in the area of health care law;
- Conduct legal seminars of interest for the health care field;
- Publish newsletters, white papers and other publications of interest to the FHA, its membership, and attorneys involved in the delivery of health care and the health law field;
- Provide assistance to the FHA in drafting and lobbying for legislation of interest to the membership.
