FAHR Goals 2011-2012 With Action Plan

1. FAHR will provide professional growth and development which explores and presents current topics related to recruitment and retention of qualified, competent, and engaged talent.
   1. Plan and schedule two educational meetings
      Spring Workforce Conference, March 2-4, 2011
      Fall Conference, TBA
   2. Develop a CEU accredited quarterly Newsletter
   3. Enhance the FAHR webpage to include information and links for recruitment and retention topics.
   4. Recognize and promote National Healthcare Recruiter Day, 1st Tuesday in June

1. FAHR will provide workforce data and metrics that support financially sustainable recruitment and retention plans that contribute to optimal patient outcomes.
   1. Participate in and promote the annual FHA Workforce Survey
   2. Enhance webpage to include link to:
      HCAPPS
      NAHCR data and metrics
      Workforce Survey results
